It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and operates independently when it comes to employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisee assumes full responsibility for these employment decisions, while McDonald’s USA does not have control or involvement in these areas, nor will it receive applicants’ employment information. This distinction emphasizes the autonomy of the franchisee organization even though the restaurant proudly serves McDonald's signature menu items in a familiar setting.

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • Plan for each shift and monitor shift performance
  • Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for smooth transition
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
