Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and operates independently when it comes to employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including 4 days on 3 days off work week
  • Experience in leadership role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to manage diverse team responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Strong passion for fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • Plan for each shift and monitor shift performance
  • Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for smooth transition
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
