This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and operates independently when it comes to employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for flexible scheduling including 4 days on 3 days off work week
- Experience in leadership role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to manage diverse team responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
- Positive team player with flexible schedule
- Strong passion for fast-paced work environment
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers
- Plan for each shift and monitor shift performance
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for smooth transition
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
