This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not directly managed by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, allowing them to run the restaurant under the well-known McDonald’s brand. However, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity and a distinct employer from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must demonstrate leadership skills
- ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service
