This job opportunity is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and branding. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Therefore, all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees are controlled solely by the independent franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not have any involvement in employment decisions at this location, including who receives an interview or is hired. The franchisee is responsible for maintaining high standards to ensure customers enjoy a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
