This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, not McDonald's USA itself. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand logos and food products, operating the restaurant as a separate business entity with distinct management and employment policies. As such, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling, are made solely by the franchisee, ensuring a unique and local approach to the restaurant's operation.

Job Duties

  • manage crew scheduling, training, and development
