Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- plan and monitor shift performance and take corrective actions
- oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and daily maintenance
- manage crew scheduling, training, and development
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- help meet targets and departmental goals during shifts
