It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer distinct from McDonald's USA. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA maintains no control over the daily employment policies or decisions at this restaurant, and the company will not have any access to employment applications or involvement in the interview or hiring process.
