Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who operates a restaurant under the McDonald’s brand. Unlike corporate McDonald’s USA locations, this franchise is owned and managed separately, with the franchisee holding the license to use McDonald’s logos and food offerings. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and commitment to team success
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet company standards
- ensure food safety and quality
- manage internal communication and inventory
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- handle scheduling and training of employees
