Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, one of the world's leading quick-service restaurant chains. While the franchisee uses McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and independently manages all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. This unique arrangement means that prospective employees are employed directly by the franchise owner and not by McDonald's USA corporate. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a leadership role
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • legally eligible to work in the country
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • strong team player with positive attitude
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • plan and monitor shift activities including performance and team management
  • ensure food safety compliance and oversee internal communication
  • manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
  • handle scheduling and conduct staff training
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
