While the franchisee uses McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and independently manages all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a leadership role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- legally eligible to work in the country
- must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- plan and monitor shift activities including performance and team management
- ensure food safety compliance and oversee internal communication
- manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- handle scheduling and conduct staff training
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
