Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Commitment to uphold health and safety standards
  • Capability to lead and motivate a team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage shift operations ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies during shifts
  • Support the General Manager in employee engagement and culture building
  • Train and mentor crew members to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Monitor sales and labor costs to achieve financial targets
