Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Commitment to uphold health and safety standards

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead and manage shift operations ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality
- Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies during shifts
- Support the General Manager in employee engagement and culture building
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance performance and teamwork
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Monitor sales and labor costs to achieve financial targets
