Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to stand and work long periods without breaks
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if required for company errands
  • Ability to handle physical demands including bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate others

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Train and develop team members to maintain high standards
  • Monitor and enforce safety and cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage inventory and supplies to support operational needs
  • Support in driving sales and employee engagement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
