Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand and work long periods without breaks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if required for company errands
- Ability to handle physical demands including bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate others
