Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual environment
- Experience leading, managing and organizing a team
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a normal schedule of 40 hours per week including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great personality with a desire to serve guests
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Upbeat and engaging attitude
Job Duties
- Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- Providing feedback to team members in a positive manner
- Communicating openly and honestly with the restaurant management team
- Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
- Maintaining and enforcing standard operating procedure of the company
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times
- Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
