Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. training completed
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • valid driver’s license and insurance if driving
  • must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • exposed to high heat and cooking oils
  • no special vision requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • P.O.C. trained on all store positions
  • effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages
  • problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret instructions in various forms
  • valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to obtain Crew Leader certification
  • ability to obtain Shift Supervisor certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operations
  • train and support staff to meet performance standards
  • handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service
  • enforce compliance with food safety and company policies
  • oversee adherence to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards
  • perform physical tasks as required including lifting and occasional driving for company errands
