Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
high school diploma or GED required
one to three months related experience or training
P.O.C. training completed
ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to perform basic mathematical operations
ability to solve practical problems
valid driver’s license and insurance if driving
must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
exposed to high heat and cooking oils
no special vision requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
P.O.C. trained on all store positions
effective communication skills both verbal and written
ability to perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages
problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret instructions in various forms
valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
ability to obtain Crew Leader certification
ability to obtain Shift Supervisor certification

Job Duties

Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operations
train and support staff to meet performance standards
handle cash transactions accurately and securely
maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service
enforce compliance with food safety and company policies
oversee adherence to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards
perform physical tasks as required including lifting and occasional driving for company errands
