Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
  • Reliable transportation to travel occasionally for training and other tasks
  • Flexible work hours
  • Commitment to food safety and customer service
  • Ability to support management team goals

Job Duties

  • Guide and lead team members to provide superior customer service
  • Build a cohesive and motivated team to increase profits
  • Promote a "Customer First" attitude within the restaurant
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including use of equipment such as register and grill
  • Support management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Participate in training and development activities including obtaining SERV Safe certification
