Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to work in high heat and exposure to cooking materials
- POC trained on all positions
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and safety rules
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percent calculations
- Problem-solving skills with ability to interpret various instructions using multiple formats
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations effectively
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Train new and existing employees on operational procedures
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
