Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and committed to join the Wendy’s team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful crew and shift supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Provide direction and training to team members
  • Oversee shift operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
