Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and committed to join the Wendy’s team
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Oversee shift operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
