The role of Shift Manager at this Wendy's location is a dynamic and integral position responsible for ensuring the restaurant is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed during shifts. The Shift Manager assists both the Assistant General Manager and General Manager by overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating staff, and implementing company policies and procedures. This role requires someone with prior restaurant management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in maintaining food safety standards, optimizing labor and food costs, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience through fast and accurate customer service.
