Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- Be able to multitask while maintaining composure
- Be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
- Exhibit leadership and model company values

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership to ensure operational goals are met
- Mentor and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage restaurant shifts including opening, closing, back of house, and guest experience
- Model company values and exhibit strong leadership
- Maintain composure and multitask effectively during busy periods
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including ServSafe certification
- Foster a positive, fun work environment and support team collaboration
