Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience in a customer service environment
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- commitment to following brand standards and procedures
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- flexible availability to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant leadership role preferred
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- leadership skills with a commitment to coaching and team development
- knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- enforce food safety and quality standards to comply with Wendy’s brand requirements
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- manage restaurant equipment usage including registers, grills, and communication devices
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during shifts
