Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience in a customer service environment
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • commitment to following brand standards and procedures
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant leadership role preferred
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • leadership skills with a commitment to coaching and team development
  • knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • enforce food safety and quality standards to comply with Wendy’s brand requirements
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • manage restaurant equipment usage including registers, grills, and communication devices
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during shifts
