Job Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to support management in meeting goals
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation for occasional travel
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required

  • Guide and lead the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales goals
  • Create a customer-first attitude within the team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards
  • Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills effectively
  • Support the management team in achieving employee and customer satisfaction
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members
