Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • possess all required legal documents and work permits
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • reliable transportation to work
  • willing to adhere to Wendy's operational policies and procedures
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform various restaurant tasks

Job Qualifications

  • prior restaurant or retail management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent customer service abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • oversee team performance and provide leadership

  • handle cash control and accurate transaction processing
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • schedule and coordinate employee shifts
  • resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
