Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least six months of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- Exhibit leadership and model company values
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure
- Give and take direction effectively
- Work well in a team environment
- Have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership to ensure operational goals are met
- Mentor and develop team members
- Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee back of house activities to maintain efficiency
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience
- Maintain composure and multitask effectively during shifts
- Comply with food safety standards and obtain ServSafe certification
