Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least six months of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
  • Exhibit leadership and model company values
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining composure
  • Give and take direction effectively
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Strong service focus
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Provide daily leadership to ensure operational goals are met
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee back of house activities to maintain efficiency
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain composure and multitask effectively during shifts
  • Comply with food safety standards and obtain ServSafe certification
