Our company is a well-established operator of Papa John’s pizza stores, currently managing a total of 31 locations across Texas and Louisiana. With 10 stores in Texas—including 3 in the Beaumont area, 6 in East Texas, and Texarkana—and 21 stores throughout Louisiana, spanning Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Leesville/Fort Polk, Shreveport, Ruston, and Monroe, we're proud to be a leading presence in the regional pizza delivery and dine-in market. Our stores are dedicated to providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service, maintaining the trusted standards that Papa John's is known for nationwide.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in various roles, including part-time and full-time opportunities. The role offers competitive hourly pay, with potential earnings of up to $14 per hour, as well as monthly bonus opportunities that go above and beyond your standard wages. As a valued team member, you will engage directly with customers and be involved in all aspects of pizza preparation and restaurant operations. This includes making pizzas and other menu items, prepping the restaurant for daily business, and ensuring all quality and service standards of Papa John’s are met consistently. Beyond food preparation, this role offers the chance to learn new skills aiming towards promotion, including training and leading fellow team members and managing solo shifts. Team members also assist the General Manager in reaching store goals, providing a comprehensive experience that extends into management and operational responsibilities.
