The franchise owner operates independently and may offer varying compensation, benefits, and career programs from company-owned locations.

The role being offered is that of a Shift Manager at Wendy's. A Shift Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations during their shift by managing team performance, ensuring adherence to food safety and company policies, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires hands-on leadership, including training staff, handling cash operations, and resolving any issues that arise during a shift. The Shift Manager is responsible for upholding the store's plan to meet Q.S.C. standards—Quality, Service, and Cleanliness—to ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
