Job Duties
- Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Manage customer relations efficiently
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and upkeep
- Oversee team management and inventory control
- Perform additional duties as assigned
