The Shift Manager role at Five Guys carries significant responsibility as these managers oversee the daily operations in a restaurant during the General Manager's absence. Shift Managers are not only trained to perform all duties of both Crew Members and Shift Leaders, but they are also expected to lead and direct operations to ensure compliance with company standards across all areas. Key responsibilities include managing product preparation and delivery, enhancing customer relations, maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, managing team performance and inventory, and handling other duties as assigned. The role offers competitive base pay of $18.00 per hour plus tips and a bonus structure, including secret shopper bonuses for everyone working during those shifts.

Job Requirements
