This job opportunity is specifically for a Shift Supervisor role at a Wendy's franchise location managed by WKS Restaurant Group. The position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing shifts effectively, training team members, handling cash operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance when driving for company business
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
- exposed to high heat and cooking oils
- must comply with all food safety and company policies
- willing to perform company errands as needed
