Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance when driving for company business
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
- exposed to high heat and cooking oils
- must comply with all food safety and company policies
- willing to perform company errands as needed
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective verbal communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
- problem-solving skills to handle practical challenges
- crew leader certification
- shift supervisor certification
Job Duties
- Manage shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- train staff members in company procedures and customer service
- handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- ensure food safety and company policies are followed strictly
- uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards
- address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
- monitor and support team performance throughout shifts
