Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • high school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance when driving for company business
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
  • exposed to high heat and cooking oils
  • must comply with all food safety and company policies
  • willing to perform company errands as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
  • problem-solving skills to handle practical challenges
  • crew leader certification
  • shift supervisor certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • train staff members in company procedures and customer service
  • handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • ensure food safety and company policies are followed strictly
  • uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) standards
  • address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
  • monitor and support team performance throughout shifts
