Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for chopping stirring carrying operating equipment
- Frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting talking and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly including use of lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays
- Work in a loud fast-paced environment
- Exposure to varying temperature zones hot kitchen areas and cold storage
- Exposure to heat noise and cleaning chemicals
- Use of personal protective equipment and safety training
- Awareness of temperature safety and well-being
- Adaptability to indoor and outdoor environments
- Outdoor duties including curbside delivery trash maintenance and exterior cleanliness
- Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces sharp objects and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with complaint resolution ability
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking capability
- High attention to detail in maintaining standards and customer expectations
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts
- Manage daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
- Train and mentor team members to develop skills and enhance performance
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
