Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Must have crew leader and shift supervisor certifications
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, handle, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Must be able to work in high heat environments associated with cooking
  • No special vision requirements

  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
