Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for managing food and labor costs
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is beneficial but not required

- Willingness and readiness to lead and train a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and labor cost management
- Prior experience in customer service or crew leadership preferred
