Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic math skills for managing food and labor costs
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is beneficial but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in written form
  • Confidence in decision making
  • Willingness and readiness to lead and train a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety and labor cost management
  • Prior experience in customer service or crew leadership preferred
  • Entry-level management experience desired
