This role is for a Shift Manager at Arby’s, a pivotal position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during shifts. A Shift Manager plays a key leadership role by supporting the management team to ensure smooth, efficient service and by fostering a positive working environment for team members. This position requires someone who can inspire and guide others through performance and training initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service standards to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work in the U.S.
- previous experience in restaurant or retail management
- strong customer service skills
- ability to manage teams and train staff
- availability to work varied shifts
- good communication and problem-solving abilities

- at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience
