Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Proven leadership and management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations effectively to meet sales goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Handle scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
