Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Maintain valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations effectively to meet sales goals
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Handle scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
