Job Requirements

  • At least one year of restaurant work experience
  • high school diploma or GED
  • prior team leadership experience in fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to take and give direction
  • flexible work availability
  • willing and able to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
  • ability to stand and move during most of shift
  • able to lift 25-50 lbs
  • comfortable handling weather-related duties
  • willingness to use restaurant equipment and follow brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of restaurant work experience
  • prior leadership or team management experience
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent customer service abilities
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations during shifts

  • ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
