Job Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- prior team leadership experience in fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to take and give direction
- flexible work availability
- willing and able to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- ability to stand and move during most of shift
- able to lift 25-50 lbs
- comfortable handling weather-related duties
- willingness to use restaurant equipment and follow brand standards
