Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, reaching above eye level
  • capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work in varying temperature zones and exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • awareness of kitchen hazards
  • adaptability to indoor and outdoor work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • strong leadership and people management skills

  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • familiarity with food safety regulations

  • Lead and supervise shift operations
  • manage and motivate team members

  • oversee inventory and supply management
  • handle cash and financial transactions accurately
