Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
- be able to multitask while maintaining composure
- give and take direction effectively
- work well in a team environment
- have a strong service focus
- have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership to ensure the restaurant meets operational goals
- mentor and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- maintain composure while multitasking and leading the team
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations including obtaining ServSafe certification
- train and develop team members in various areas of restaurant management
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment
