Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • have at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
  • be able to multitask while maintaining composure
  • give and take direction effectively
  • work well in a team environment
  • have a strong service focus
  • have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
  • strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Duties

  • Provide daily leadership to ensure the restaurant meets operational goals
  • mentor and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • maintain composure while multitasking and leading the team
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations including obtaining ServSafe certification
  • train and develop team members in various areas of restaurant management
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
