Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms

- Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder

- Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
Job Duties
- Manage and supervise restaurant shift operations
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Manage cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
- Train and develop crew members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
