Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds using proper techniques or assistance
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen areas
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including hot kitchen and cold storage
- Exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
- Use of proper personal protective equipment and following safety training
- Adaptability to work in both indoor and outdoor job settings
- Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail

- Manage and supervise restaurant shift operations
