Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds using proper techniques or assistance
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen areas
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures including hot kitchen and cold storage
  • Exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
  • Use of proper personal protective equipment and following safety training
  • Adaptability to work in both indoor and outdoor job settings
  • Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise restaurant shift operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
