Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- ability to perform functions of each crew position including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru, and back-line food preparation
- leadership qualities to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service
- strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
- strong hospitality and customer service skills
- ability to work in different temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist management in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- build a strong relationship with crew members to foster a positive environment for learning and teamwork
- assist the general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching crew members
- model company policies for your crew and encourage teamwork to exceed service, performance, and safety expectations
- exceed guest expectations by providing high-quality service, a clean environment, and a warm friendly atmosphere
- handle routine customer complaints promptly and appropriately to ensure satisfaction
- ensure the restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotation during both peak and non-peak periods
