This exciting opportunity is for a part-time Shift Manager position at the Noodles & Co. location in Springfield, Oregon, situated at 2820 Gateway St, Suite 102. The role is designed for a motivated individual seeking to develop leadership skills by supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations. As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive work environment, training team members, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
  • ability to perform functions of each crew position including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru, and back-line food preparation
  • leadership qualities to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service
  • strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
  • strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • ability to work in different temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds
