Flynn Arby's is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to become a vital part of its dynamic team. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee the detailed execution of daily operational tasks, which include supervising food preparation, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Inventory management to control waste and enhance efficiency also falls under the duties of this role. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation range of $16 to $17 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time employment, requiring at least 30 hours per week.
