As part of Flynn Arby's continued expansion and commitment to excellence, the company is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join its outstanding team. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards for which Flynn Arby's is known. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing detailed operational tasks, including managing food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards. They will lead and develop team members, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. The Shift Manager must be driven, thorough, and dedicated, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while fostering a positive team culture.

Job Requirements
