The franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald's renowned logos and food products while independently managing the day-to-day operations, employment decisions, and overall business management. This distinction means if hired, you will be employed by the franchisee directly, not by McDonald's USA, which does not partake in hiring processes or employment management for this specific location. The franchisee solely controls recruitment, staffing, scheduling, supervision, discipline, and all employment-related responsibilities for the team at this restaurant.
