Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • open availability to work various shifts
  • minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining safety and security standards
  • willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • positive team player with a flexible schedule
  • passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and coordinate shift activities
  • monitor team performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards
  • ensure food safety and quality food production
  • manage inventory and scheduling
  • communicate with next Shift Manager to maintain shift continuity
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • train and develop crew members
  • maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
