- minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and coordinate shift activities
- monitor team performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards
- ensure food safety and quality food production
- manage inventory and scheduling
- communicate with next Shift Manager to maintain shift continuity
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- train and develop crew members
- maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
