Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure seamless shift handover
- Manage food safety procedures
- Oversee inventory management and scheduling
- Coordinate daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Train and manage crew members
- Provide exceptional customer service
