- Plan and monitor performance during shifts
- Ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness
- Oversee food safety and internal communication
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily maintenance
- Train and supervise crew members
- Maintain safety and security during shifts
