Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee is a separate company and functions independently with full control over its employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. McDonald's USA does not influence or manage employment matters at this specific restaurant. Therefore, the selected candidate will be employed directly by the franchisee.
