This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee operates the restaurant using a licensed McDonald’s brand and products, but they are entirely separate from McDonald’s USA. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling are managed by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA.
