Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the exclusive responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This is a Shift Manager position that plays a critical leadership role during every shift. The Shift Manager is tasked with inspiring and guiding crew members and fellow managers to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the restaurant by managing food safety, customer service, quality food production, and operational procedures.

This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, organized, and eager to lead a team while fostering a positive workplace culture. Shift Managers oversee a variety of tasks, including planning shifts, monitoring employee performance, ensuring safety and security, managing inventory, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless shift transitions. Additionally, this role offers competitive pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour and includes access to a variety of benefits.
