This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. This is a Shift Manager position that plays a critical leadership role during every shift. The Shift Manager is tasked with inspiring and guiding crew members and fellow managers to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the restaurant by managing food safety, customer service, quality food production, and operational procedures.
