This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee known as the Yoon Organization, which holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to understand that while the restaurant carries the McDonald’s brand, it is not operated or managed by McDonald’s USA. Instead, the franchisee independently manages all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Candidates applying for this position will be employed directly by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions or access to applicants' employment records.
