Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to meet McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions
- Manage food safety, internal communication, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and training
