This job opportunity is at a restaurant locally owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Unlike the corporate entity McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a distinct and separate company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. This includes decisions surrounding hiring, firing, scheduling, employee discipline and supervision. Job Requirements

  • minimum age 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan shifts and monitor performance
  • enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and scheduling
  • train staff and support department goals
