This job opportunity is at a restaurant locally owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Unlike the corporate entity McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a distinct and separate company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. This includes decisions surrounding hiring, firing, scheduling, employee discipline and supervision.
