Unlike the corporate entity McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a distinct and separate company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shifts and monitor performance
- enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and scheduling
- train staff and support department goals
