This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate business entity licensed to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products. The franchisee manages all aspects of the restaurant operations and employment, ensuring a unique and localized approach to serving customers. Individuals hired for positions within this franchise restaurant will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitor safety, security, profitability during shifts
- communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure seamless operations
- manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, scheduling, and training
