This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate business entity licensed to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products. The franchisee manages all aspects of the restaurant operations and employment, ensuring a unique and localized approach to serving customers. Individuals hired for positions within this franchise restaurant will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This setup means that the franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not control or influence any employment decisions at the restaurant. Applications submitted respond strictly to the franchisee and not to McDonald's corporate office.

  • communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure seamless operations
