This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. While this franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, it operates as a separate company from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This distinction means that if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s standards
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, cleanliness, and crew
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
- Oversee safety, security, scheduling, and training
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
