As a Shift Manager at Checkers & Rally's, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing successful shift operations in the restaurant. The Shift Manager is tasked with achieving sales and profit goals by promoting outstanding guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day restaurant operations effectively. This role involves executing company procedures rigorously, providing leadership to team members, and ensuring that both guests and employees enjoy a safe, clean, and fun environment. Shift Managers are expected to uphold the highest standards of service and integrity while helping to train team members on the company’s policies and operational strategies.
Your responsibilities as a Shift Manager extend beyond managing shifts: you will act as a key liaison between the restaurant staff and General Manager by escalating any concerns related to the restaurant, employees, or guests. You are instrumental in maintaining Checkers & Rally's reputation as the first choice for guests and employees alike. The position demands a high-energy approach to cope with the fast-paced environment characteristic of the QSR sector. Having 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in quick service, along with strong basic math skills and a flexible schedule, will set you up for success in this role.
